Council approvals

Here at inOne we streamline your project fit-out process by cutting out the middle man. We liaise with council to determine any requirements and we submit the project drawings and reports for their assessment.

Select furniture, fittings and equipment

Our dedicated design team will work with you, our client, to find furniture, fittings and equipment to match your needs and preferences.

Design documentation

The design team at inOne will prepare a design package of the final construction drawings, plans and detailed furniture, finishes and fittings schedule and plans. This design documentation confirms all of your choices and preferences.

Administer contracts

We draft and administer contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and minimal disruption to the project.

Manage the construction phase

inOne’s project managers will oversee the project from floorplan to fitout, where their experience and expertise can overcome any challenge during the construction phase.

Handover

Upon the end of construction the inOne team performs strict due diligence, ensuring all details and requirements have been checked and met. We’ll also be on hand to guide you through this exciting stage of the project as you receive the keys to your new inOne designed and constructed space.

Maintenance period

Our team performs scheduled inspections after handover, inspecting everything from joinery to latches, lighting and power outlets, workstation quality and more, guaranteeing a space which looks and feels new well into the future.
