To say the team at MuleSoft were blown away in the initial pitch meeting would be an understatement. inOne’s grasp of our connected and collaborative office space requirements was matched only by their detailed research into our company colour palette, logos and product graphics. It is with great pleasure I can tell you about inOne Projects and their commendable work ethic.

My first project was in 2011 when we worked together to relocate our Sydney office. This project was no small feat as the time frame of seven weeks was unrealistic for the fit out required and my expectations were also very high as I had only just started working with the executive team. I was a little concerned that corners would be cut to meet our needs but to my delight the project was managed seamlessly and the executive team were all very impressed with the fit out. This outcome allowed me to have a company that I knew I can depend on for all future projects.

In saying that, at times things did not always go to plan and but one thing I could always count on was inOne Projects commitment to the project and delivering great results. If ever there was I time I was not happy with an outcome, we were always able to find a solution that worked to suit everyone that was involved.

There are people that only pay special attention to big ticket items, fortunately for me Daniel and Robert are not those sort of people. Since the move I have had many modifications that have needed to be made to accommodate new teams and departments and inOne has shown the same level of service and commitment no matter how big or small the project may be.

Bosch Security Systems engaged In One Projects in September 2014 to assist with the fit-out of new premises in Norwest.  Having no experience in these issues, In One quickly provided all the expertise and organisation required to bring this project to completion.  Not only was their quote competitive (i.e. cheaper than others) , they ensured every possible issue was dealt with up front to avoid constant variations as the project progressed. The massive amount of time In One spent in the quote phase,  gave me confidence to properly and accurately assess the cost of the project, and develop a real business partnership built on trust and honesty.  Rob, Daniel and Gianni were extremely professional in all our dealings and managed the project and the  design as if it were their own home and money.  I believe it is the time they took up front in the project to understand exactly how our business operated that enabled the project to be delivered weeks ahead of our scheduled move date of 30 January 2015 and to a standard far better than we had anticipated.

The design features and attention to detail was superb and not even the myriad of minor changes we made seemed to be a problem for them.
